If we had been able to benefit from it prior to our own marriage then we may have been able to avoid some of the pitfalls we experienced. The course does not claim to prevent these but gives useful tips on how to avoid many of them. Simple, practical advice is presented using a variety of methods and couples are encouraged to discuss frankly, openly and privately with each other.
